Distance Reiki is a gentle, remote energy practice designed to support you entirely in your own space. Your session is programmed to release to you at the exact time you choose below. There is no video call to join, no small talk to navigate, and no pressure to perform. You simply select your session time, and I take care of the rest while you relax.
Step 1: Choose Your Time — Select a day and time that fits your schedule. You don't need to do anything special during this time - just choose a window where you can comfortably receive the energy.
Step 2: Rest and Receive — At your chosen time, the Reiki energy will gently release to you. You can sleep, relax, or go about your day in comfort.
Step 3: Gentle Completion — Your session concludes peacefully in your own space, allowing the energy to settle naturally. Later that day, you will receive a gentle email confirmation to let you know your session is complete. If you selected the optional PDF report when booking, it will be included in this email.

What are your qualifications?
I am a certified Level 1 and Level 2 Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Practitioner. I was trained and attuned by a Reiki Master who studied directly under William Lee Rand, one of the world's foremost Reiki authorities. This direct lineage connects my practice straight back to the traditional roots of Usui Reiki, ensuring your distance healing sessions are backed by world-class, professional training.
Who is asynchronous distance Reiki for?
Because I offer flexible distance reiki, it's as much a remote reiki session for busy schedules as it is asynchronous energy healing for people who cannot face the thought of in-person sessions.
I have been there! I know what it is to want and need help, but be completely unable to pick up the phone to ask for it, much less meet someone and go through the stress of in-person interactions.
That’s why I built an asynchronous distance reiki service. I’m reducing the input required by you to the bare minimum, whilst making sure you have access to the same professional reiki healing that anyone else would receive. You can even receive reiki while sleeping!
Do I need to be awake or online during my session?
Not at all. Because these sessions are 100% asynchronous, there is no video link, no phone call, and no appointment to attend. I complete the energy work during my quiet working hours and program it to release to you at the exact time you selected. You can sleep, work, or relax in comfort.
What should I do during my session time?
You don't need to do anything specific. The energy will reach you safely no matter what you are doing. However, if your schedule allows, I highly recommend spending that time in a quiet, comfortable space where you can close your eyes, rest, and consciously receive the support.
How do I receive the optional PDF summary?
A supportive PDF summary is available for all session lengths (25, 35, and 45 minutes) at no extra charge. If you would like to receive it, simply check the optional box when you book. Your summary - detailing the main areas focused on and any intuitive insights - will arrive attached to your completion email later that day. If you prefer an energy-only experience with no extra reading, you can leave the box unticked.
Can I change or cancel my session time?

Because I begin preparing your remote session during my quiet hours almost as soon as your booking comes through, appointments cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded once confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.
Is asynchronous distance Reiki as effective as in-person Reiki?
Yes. Reiki energy is not limited by distance and time. The Level 2 training and attunement introduces the sacred distance symbol, which allows me to send Reiki to you, no matter where you are in the world.
